Raumaster celebrated those who have worked in the Group for decades

The event was organized in Kulttuurikuppila Brummi and streamed live for the entire staff.

Raumaster organized an event in the traditional way, where it recognizes people who have worked in the group for a long time with year-of-service gifts. The event was organized in the premises of Rauma Kulttuurikuppila Brummi, where the recipients of year-of-service gifts were present. The program also included musical performances and speeches by the CEOs of the group companies. The event was streamed live for the entire staff.

This year, there were 15 people who have worked at Raumaster Oy for ten years, five people reached 20 and one 30 years of service. For Raumaster Paper Oy, one person has worked for 20 years and two for ten years.

Project manager Jouni Heinonen, who has been working at Raumaster Oy for 30 years, was grateful for the attention he received. He joined the company in 1993, so Heinonen has been working for the company, which will be celebrating its 40th anniversary next year, in four different decades.

”My work has always been interesting and varied. The coworkers are also nice. We have good benefits, so the employer takes care of its employees. Over the years, the world and thereby the company and my own work have changed in many ways, but we have preserved the culture of working together and low organization”, Heinonen says.
