Raumaster Paper to supply an automatic core handling system to a board making line at Stora Enso

Raumaster Paper Oy (RMP) will automate the core cutting and handling of KA 4 board making line in Stora Enso Kaukopää mill. The line will start after the extensive rebuild in 2010.

The rebuild will improve the material efficiency and availability of the production line. The delivery of RMP includes a parent core robot, Clean Cut core cutter, a core plugging device and a conveyor system to deliver the prepared cores to the winder. In addition to that the delivery includes an automatic broke roll cutter. The plant will be controlled by the advanced operator interface developed by RMP. As an option the delivery includes also an automatic core handling system to KA 2 production line.
